In past years I have made long lists of resolutions. I think that somehow I will be able to achieve all of these within the year and then beat myself up when I don't. I know this is because I am focused on achieving all of them at once rather than working towards one at a time but I always find it super hard to narrow my list down.
This year I have created two mini lists of resolutions, some are super general and others are more specific (lists below). I will work towards achieving all the resolutions on the more general list first and must (mainly) achieve all of these before I can even think about the other list.
I feel that this will allow me to put less pressure on myself during the year and also help me actually complete all of my resolutions. Of course I will be updating you on how I am tracking over the year to help keep myself accountable.
